So you all know about the Buffy auction, right? I'm pretty stoked about it myself, although there's pretty much no way I can ever afford to buy anything there. But feel free to purchase any or all of the items for me. I'll gladly accept any of them! Even the Faith and Dawn stuff.
So far, my favorite items up there are: Buffy's school project (girlfriend DIGS little Buffy! She was SO cute!); Angel's suit from one of my favorite episodes, "The Prom," (I'd like this better if David Boreanaz came with it!), and Giles' satchel (I'd love to get this for Andrew, but it's leather!).
So this all got me thinking about what I would want MOST if they put it up for auction. My first thought was Mr. Gordo! That's Buffy's beloved stuffed piggy. I'd LOVE to have him! Then I got to really thinking and I thought maybe her dress from "Prophecy Girl." Not only did she die (the first time) in it, but there were all kinds of "Nice dress!" lines in the epi. And then I thought of it. DUH! Don't know why it didn't come to mind first: the Claddagh ring! I started crying when I thought of it. You guys know I'm a sucker for Buffy/Angel. Angel gave her the ring before he lost his soul. The, after she killed him, she set it on the floor and BAM - out comes Angel, naked and sweaty and straight outta a hell dimension. My personal favorite Buffy moment! So, yeah, the Claddagh ring. That's choice #1. Something tells me none of the items I just mentioned are going to be auctioned off on ebay. And if they are, there's no way I can afford them. But it would be way cool.
Man, Buffy is the best show EVER!
I'll be in the air when the finale airs, by the way. Andrew and I are going to watch it together when I get there. So no sending me spoilers! I'll send somebody to kick your butt!
